I just can't helped myself but noticed the very enticing beauty of Ms. Alodia Gosiengfiao. I first saw in her latest abs-cbn show, Laughing out Loud (LOL) with Luis Manzano.

Born on March 9, 1988, Alodia Almira Arraiza Gosiengfiao, started cosplaying year 2003 at the age of 15 by joining various competitions in the Philippines specifically in Metro Manila. When she was 15, she wowed the crowds at the 2003 C3 Convention portraying as Magic Gunner Rikku from Final Fantasy along with her younger sister Ashley who cosplayed as Gunmage Yuna. The sisters' 3rd place & Crowd Favorite winnings led them to be featured on the cover of Issue 14 of Culture Crash, a manga magazine distributed locally and abroad.

While in college, she garnered the 1st Place award in Best Design during the Ateneo Siklab Fashion Design Week in September 2005. She also won 1st place in Digital Art Contest at the UGot Game X3M Xpo in 2007.

Alodia first modelled in her high school years when she was chosen as a member of the Avon Teen Advisory Council in the Philippines.

As a multi-awarded cosplayer, she is now being invited to grace conventions with her appearances or to judge competitions. She started judging at the age of 18.

When creating her costumes, she first draws the characters she wants to cosplay from diferent angles including the minutest details & designs on the costumes, meticulously chooses the right fabric/materials to be used, and closely coordinates with a professional seamstress. She also makes her own props, does the painting job & finishing touches on them. While preparing the wigs, she trims, styles & airbrushes them to attain the right shade/color
